Abstract

The aim of this study was the use of laser and optical diagnostics of the microcirculation of periodontal tissue defects with full dental hard tissues recovered bolted structures. In clinical studies used developed and test our laser-optical setup. To study the changes in the intensity of blood flow in the microvasculature of the gingiva was examined 62 patients with complete defects of dental hard tissues in the application of new laser and optical diagnostics. Survey gingival microcirculation in full defects of dental hard tissues using laser and optical diagnostics showed a decrease of the intensity of microcirculation in the gingiva.
