| Abstract: | В статье анализируются изменения в структуре общей полиции белорусских губерний в период правления императора Александра II. Показывается, что восстание 1864-1864 гг. и преобразования генерал-губернатора М.Н. Муравьева принципиально не изменили полицейской организации в белорусских губерниях. |
| Alternative abstract: | In the artice is analyzed changes in the structure of the general police of the Belarusian provinces during the reign of Emperor Alexander II. It is shown that the uprising of 1863-1864. аnd the transformationof Governor-General M.N. Muravyov basically did not change the police organizaon in the Belarusian provinces. The general police could not establish a tigt police control over the population ofthe Belarusian provinces. |
