| Abstract: | Показана возможность формирования наноразмерных столбиковых структур кремния высотой до 1 мкм с использованием в качестве маски при травлении наноструктурированных пленок ниобия толщиной 15–200 нм, а также влияние исходной толщины ниобиевой пленки, наносимой магнетронным распылением, на размер зерна и геометрические размеры островков масочного слоя. |
| Alternative abstract: | This work is oriented on investigation of possibility of formation nanosize column structures on the basis of thin niobium films. Influence of an initial thickness Nb film received by magnetron sputtering, upon the size of grain and the geometrical sizes of islets of mask layer, formed by dispersion is shown. As methods of surface research we used raster electronic microscope and atomic force Microscope. |
