| dc.description.abstract | Установлена эффективность инновационного метода цифровой диагностики окклюзии зубов у стоматологических пациентов. На основании анализа результатов, полученных методом цифровой диагностики, установлено, что разработанный метод позволяет более эффективно проводить анализ окклюзионных взаимосоотношений зубов, чем традиционный метод диагностики. Метод цифровой диагностики обладает высоким уровнем чувствительности (90,3%) и специфичности (81%), значительной прогностической силой и диагностической надежностью. При этом вероятность выявления нарушений окклюзии зубов с использованием метода цифровой диагностики в 4,67 раз выше, чем традиционного метода диагностики окклюзии зубов. В соответствии с экспертной шкалой значений AUC качество диагностической модели оценивается как хорошее. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The effectiveness of an innovative method of digital diagnostics of dental occlusion in dental patients has been established. Based on the analysis of the results obtained by the digital diagnostics method, it has been established that the developed method makes it possible to provide more effectively analyses of the occlusal interrelations if comparing with the traditional diagnostic method. The digital diagnostic method has a high level of sensitivity (90.3%) and specificity (81%), significant predictive power and diagnostic reliability. At the same time, the probability of detecting violations of dental occlusion using the digital diagnostic method is 4.67 times higher when comparing with the traditional method of dental occlusion diagnosing. In accordance with the expert scale of AUC values, the quality of the diagnostic model is assessed as good. | - |
