| Abstract: | The article discusses the mutual responsibility of higher educational establishments and IT
companies in organizing an educational process for the graduates and prospective IT employees. A software test
automation process was suggested as an example for IT companies to revise and improve the automation process
and to elaborate on the requirements to employees and those graduating from higher educational establishments. |
