| Alternative abstract: | Building human capital is one of the smartest investments to accelerate long-term and inclusive economic growth. Human capital takes the leading place among the competitive advantages of both enterprises and countries as a whole. The human capital deficit is on a dangerous upward trend amid rapid global changes in technology, demographics, instability and climateMeanwhile, there are many examples of the rapid transformation of human capital using modern technologies. One of the most important technologies for this is venture capital and startups. The development of the investment model of young creative teams will give a huge boost to the growth of human capital in the country. The creation of a digital economic system will make it possible to quickly implement ideas from startups to real products and services, make the registration and investment attraction processes transparent and safe. |
