| Abstract: | Современная жизнь человечества немыслима без использования информационных технологий. Большинство инноваций в этой области разрабатываются в высокоразвитых странах, которые в основном представляются на английском языке. Остро стоит вопрос перевода терминов и технической литературы на национальные языки, и конечно, особо актуальной является региональная гармонизация некоторых терминов. Статья подчеркивает важность создания и распространения национальной цифровой терминологии на государственном языке, а также рассматривает проблемы в области языковой терминологии в IT-сфере. Авторы описывают влияние цифровой трансформации экономики и распространение английских технических терминов на казахский язык, предлагают проект по созданию словаря цифровых терминов на казахском языке с участием международных экспертов стран Организации тюркских государств (ОТГ) и стран ЕАЭС с целью их возможной региональной гармонизации и использования онлайн-платформы. |
| Alternative abstract: | Modern human life is inconceivable without the pervasive use of information technology and software. The major ity of groundbreaking innovations in this dynamic field originate from diverse international sources, underscoring the crucial necessity for translating intricate technical documentation and localizing software, particularly within the ever-evolving infor mation technology sector. The pressing issue of translating terms and technical literature into national languages has become an urgent concern, and, undoubtedly, the regional harmonization of certain terms has gained relevance. This article emphasizes the importance of creating and disseminating national digital terminology in the state language, while also addressing issues in the realm of linguistic terminology in the IT sector. The authors describe the impact of the digital transformation of the economy on the proliferation of technical terms in the Kazakh language and propose a project for the development of a dictionary of digital terminology in the Kazakh language, involving international experts from the countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and the EAEU countries and utilizing an online platform for term development and approval. |
