dc.description.abstractNanoporous Al2O3 assisted 125 and 180 nm WTi alloy in 0.1, 0.4 M oxalic and 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 M tartaric acid solution were galvanostatically and potentiostatically anodized, in boric acid solution were galvanostatically reanodized. Time-current and time-voltage, morphology and composition, chemical etching and planarization features were investigated. Features of anodizing, chemical etching and morphology are presented.en_US
