| dc.description.abstract | Для улучшения результатов диагностики анатомических структур в стоматологии применяется такой метод, как конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография, которая обеспечивает расширенную визуализацию анатомических структур зубочелюстной системы и соседних областей, включая шейную область, верхние дыхательные пути и др. Для улучшения результатов диагностики пациентов с заболеваниями височно-нижнечелюстных суставов предлагается алгоритм анализа компьютерного изображения шейно-черепного отдела, обладающий диагностической воспроизводимостью, позволяющий определять асимметрию взаиморасположения анатомических структур, обнаруживать дегенеративно-дистрофические
и другие изменения сочлененных поверхностей. Такой метод способствует выявлению этиологических факторов развития заболеваний височно-нижнечелюстных суставов, повышает эффективность лечения других болезней шейно-черепного отдела. | en_US |

| local.description.annotation | To improve the results of diagnostics of anatomical structures in dentistry, a method such as cone-beam computed tomography is used, which provides extended visualization of the anatomical structures of the dental system and adjacent areas, including the cervical region, upper respiratory tract, etc. To improve the results of diagnostics of patients with diseases of the temporomandibular joints, an algorithm for analyzing a computer image of the cervicocranial region is proposed, which has diagnostic reproducibility, allows determining the asymmetry of the mutual arrangement of anatomical structures, detecting degenerative-dystrophic and other changes in the articulating surfaces. This method helps to identify the etiological factors in the development of diseases of the temporomandibular joints, increases the effectiveness of treating other diseases of the cervicocranial region. | en_US |
