| dc.description.abstract | В статье на основе релевантного фактического материала представлен историко-педагогический
анализ этапов развития языкового образования в Беларуси в 1917-1941 гг. с учетом взаимосвязи между
используемыми в регионе языками и социальными структурами. Определено, что сфера повседневной
и профессиональной коммуникации населения Беларуси во многом определялась вектором языковой
политики официальных властей - Временного правительства и советской власти. Выявлены социолингвистические
факторы, повлиявшие на развитие языкового образования в Беларуси в 1917-1941 гг. Установлена
взаимосвязь между тенденциями усиления и ослабевания роли государственных языков БССР
(белорусского, русского, польского и идиш) и их образовательными функциями. | en_US |

| local.description.annotation | Based on the relevant factual material, the historical and pedagogical analysis of the stages of the development
of language education on the territory of Belarus in 1917-1941 in terms of the relationships between the languages used in the region and the local social groups is researched in the article. It is defined that the sphere of everyday
and professional communication among the Belarusian population was mainly determined by the political vector
of the authorities - the Provisional Government of 1917 and soviet power.
The sociolinguistic factors that influenced the development of language education on the territory of Belarus in
1917-1941 are set. The correlation between the strengthening and weakening tendencies of the role of the state
languages in the BSSR (Belarusian, Russian, Polish, Yiddish) and their educational functions is elicited. | - |
