| dc.description.abstract | One of the crutical issues to get competitive excellence for companies
is perfect supply chain performance. The aim of this paper accents on
the necessity of the supply chain management and develops a common
performance measurements to evaluate the unique nature of the supply
chain process. This paper provide models for a better supply chains
effectiveness by designing robust and reliable supply chain. In other
words, the system perform well under uncertainties in the data or when
