Abstract

The requirement to a sufficient level of intellectual opportunities trained, especially in case of active introduction of new forms of training (for example, distance learning), continues to stand sharply at the decision of questions of reception of qualitative education. The need of universal introduction for educational process of the modern higher school of design training and significant expansion of research practice is considered.
