| Abstract: | The author notes that in spite of its great development the institution of university supervision is not perfectly studied. Higher education establishments have a great number of students and sometimes to organize the productive life of all of them is impossible. Moreover, the problem of a special training for young specialists is stated because usually a supervisor is a young specialist possessing insufficient professional experience and poor life knowledge. |
