| Abstract: | Представлены результаты по разработке установки лазерного геттерирования кремниевых пластин большого диаметра. Приведены данные по выбору источника излучения, разработке системы сканирования и контроля за процессом лазерной обработки, а также обоснованию режима лазерного воздействия с целью геттерирования точечных дефектов и загрязняющих примесей. |
