Abstract:	The results of use of elements of modular and rating system for the current control of knowledge at students of correspondence courses are presented. For this purpose the theoretical material and examination were divided into separate modules, after which the study was carried out in stages in the certification of days established for consultations. According to the results of certification of individual module output general final grade. The positive moments of this technique are shown.
