| Abstract: | В статье исследуются негативные факторы, оказывающие влияние на эффективность применения современных информационных ресурсов в управлении экономическими процессами, такие как: большое количество уровней в организационной структуре управления крупных отечественных предприятий; частые изменения и дополнения, вносимые в отечественное законодательство; недостаточно высокий квалификационный уровень пользователей современных компьютерных информационных систем. |
| Alternative abstract: | The article examines the negative factors that affect the effectiveness of the use of modern information resources in the management of economic processes, such as: a large number of levels in the organizational structure of management of large domestic enterprises; frequent changes and additions to domestic law; insufficiently high qualification level of users of modern computer information systems. To eliminate the negative impact of these factors, the author offers a number of reasonable practical recommendations. In particular, centralization on the basis of modern computer technologies of accounting and management accounting in the head units of domestic large business entities; minimization of the number of amendments and additions to the domestic tax legislation, as well as the introduction of computer technologies for calculating tax payments and monitoring strict compliance with tax legislation; changing the structure of the system of training professional personnel in the direction of increasing the share of specialists with secondary specialized education who have high practical skills in working with modern computer technologies. |
