| Abstract: | The key point for the successful implementation of professional inclusion and social rehabilitation of persons with special needs, is their professional education with regard to the requirements
of the labour market. Their training should be done on the basis of the study and taking into account
their personal abilities, and requirements of a modern dynamic labor market, and the use of appropriate flexible learning systems. The modular technology allows to create such learning system. |
